When we at Hydrogen Boost Now needed a reliable mosfet
for our 65-120 amp PWM (pulse width modulators), we
found this monster and his big brother, the 120 amp
version and we knew our transistor problems were over.
We were right.
These are perfect for DC to DC converting. These mosfets
all have a low internal resistance so they will run
cool and have a fast rise and fall time.
